摘要
目的探讨全自动血细胞分析仪白细胞分类计数与手工法的方法学差异。方法随机抽取94例普通门诊病人的ED-TA-K2抗凝静脉血进行白细胞分类仪器法与手工镜检法测定,并对所得的两组结果进行比较。结果两种方法中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞计数差异无明显意义(P>0.05);中间细胞计数差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),仪器法明显高于手工法。结论ABXmi-cros60血细胞分析仪与手工法在中间细胞计数方面存在较大的方法学差异,故不能用该仪器完全取代显微镜涂片检查。
Objective To study the methodological difference between the instrument of the automatic Hematology analyzer and the manual method. Methods The 94 blood samples collected from the out-patient department were analyzed with the instrument of ABX micros 60 automatic Hematology analyzer and the manual method. The results were compared, Results LYM and GRAN count were not different between the two methods（P〉0.05）, but there was significant difference in MID count between the two methods（P〈0.01）,The results of ABX micros 60 was apparently higher than that of the manual method. Conclusion There was significant difference in MID count between the instrument of ABX micros 60 Hematology analyzer and the manual method,so the instrument of ABX micros 60 can＇t take the place of microscopic examination completely for leukocyte classification.
