摘要
本文针对现有的关键路径法以及各种资源约束下项目的进度安排方法的缺陷,提出一种包含资源约束的扩展关键路径法。该方法有助于正确地计算浮动时间,更好地安排项目的进度;还可以较简单地识别出由于活动间的资源联系并不固定而存在的替代性的进度安排。
Aimed at the limitation of me present critical path metgod （CPM） and different schedule arranging metho under resource- constrained. This study proposes a steo-by-step resource - constrained CPM to consider those resource relationships, it can identify real floats and correct critical paths. The method also can recognize altemacive activity schedules and provide a stable schedule with progress updates.
