中小学校长自我效能研究:作用与策略

摘要自我效能最早是由著名心理学家班杜拉提出来的，指个体对有效控制自己生活诸方面能力的知党和信念，它对人的生活、学习、工作及身心健康都具有重要影响。自我效能的研究，不仅有利于中小学校长素质的提高，也有利于促进中小学教育教学改革，提高办学质量和效益。因此，具有重要的理论与实践意义。
