摘要
在池沸腾传热装置中,以含有Ca2+和HCO3-的模拟溶液为研究对象,在不同的溶液浓度以及热通量等工艺条件下,采用聚能式超声波设备,以减小CaCO3水垢在金属表面的沉积,并与聚天冬氨酸阻垢剂的阻垢性能进行比较。研究结果表明,聚能式超声波不仅明显强化了沸腾传热的效果,也有效地阻止了CaCO3水垢在加热器表面的沉积,具有良好的阻垢性能。
Solution containing Ca^2+ and HCO3^- was taken as research object in pool boiling heat transfer equipment, under the condition that solution concentration, heat flux, and some other factors are different energygathered ultrasonic equipment was used to reduce the deposition of CaCO3 on the metal surface, and the scale inhibition performance of it was compared with that of polyaspartic acid. The research results show that, the energygathered ultrasonic not only enhance the effect of boiling heat transfer obviously, but also prevent the deposition of CaCO3 on the surface of heater effectively, which has good scale inhibition performance.
