摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,水玻璃为硅源,在55℃水热条件下合成出介孔VMCM—41分子筛。以VMCM—41分子筛为催化剂,H2O2为氧源,研究了反应温度、时间、引发剂等因素对环己烷选择性氧化的影响。结果表明,在以环己酮为引发剂的情况下,VMCM—41是一种温和、高效的环己烷选择性氧化催化剂。
Hexadecyltrimethylammonium Bromide was employed as template agent, sodium silicate as the silica source, the mesoporous molecular sieve V-MCM-41 were synthesized under 55℃ using the hydrothermal method. Using V- MCM-41 molecular sieve as catalvst and oxygen gas as oxygen source, the effects of temperature, time adn initiator on cylohexane selective oxidation reaction were studied. The results indicate that V-MCM-41 molecular sieve is a mild and high selectivity catalyst for cyclohexane oxidation reaction under the condition of cyclohexanone as initiator.
