摘要
现代先进的全自动生化分析仪技术显著地提高了临床酶学检测的准确性、特异性、实用性。但在测定高浓度酶时易出现仪器漏报警,而导致严重的测定误差。本文用Olympus AU2700型、ADVIA 1650型全自动生化分析仪测定450 份肝移植术后患者血清肝酶,分析漏报警产生的原因及解决的方法。
Modern fully automatic biochemical analyzer makes enzyme measurement accurate, specific and practical, but alarm failure happens sometimes and thus determinate error appears. To find out the inducement to alarm failure, Olympus AU2700 and ADVIA 1650 fully automatic biochemical analyzer are used to measure the serum liver enzyme from 450 cases of post-llver-transplantation patients.
