摘要
近些年来,资源的紧缺,特别是能源危机对经济影响的日渐严重,使得对资源产业的研究逐渐升温。随之各大资源产业中的各类行业协会的活动也日渐丰富,同时,我国的行政体制改革也使得一部分国家行政机关脱离政府机构,转变职能,充实到行业协会的队伍里来,履行行业协会的职能。行业协会在这种新的形势下如何确定自身的地位,规范自身的服务,成为不容忽视的问题。本文试图从行业协会的非政府性分析入手,针对我国资源产业行业协会的非政府性的特点,对资源产业行业协会的非政府性的改革发展提出一些思路。
In recent years, the lack of resource, especially the crises of energy resources seriously affects the economy, which leads to more and more researches on resource industries. Therefore variety of guilds in resource industries is active, Some governmental institutions depart from administration organizations, by changing their original functions, to various guilds to perform the guild＇s functions. It is quite important to affirm their position, standardize their services. By analyzing guild＇s non-governmental characteristics （NGO）, and such specific characteristics in China, some suggestions are presented to reform guild＇s non-governmental characteristics.
