小泉纯一郎于2001年当选为日本首相,上任伊始就开始实施从社会系统到经济体制的结构改革。2004年的小泉二期内阁依然以行政构造改革为主要任务,力图使日本经济重新走上长期健康发展的轨道。本文在对这一改革的时代背景、主要内容做出综述和评价的同时,对改革的前景进行展望。
