弱势群体的医保视角:我国药品流通领域缺陷及对国外的借鉴

Medical Insurance from the View of Disadvantaged Groups:Drawbacks of China's Medical Treatment and the Reference from Foreign Countries

弱势群体对社会福利的需求最为迫切,也是我国基本医疗保险制度最不可忽视的群体。但我国目前的药品流通领域弊端对他们享受医保带来了负面压力。本文针对我国现状,结合国外药品流通领域的相关情况,提出了一些完善我国药品流通领域的建议。

The disadvantaged groups, who have urgent demand for social welfare, should be paid most attention in the basic medical insurance system. But the drawbacks in the present circulation of medicines have brought about some negative pressures on them to enjoy medical treatment. Based on the situations in China and the situations in foreign countries, the paper puts forward some suggestions to the circulation of medicines in China.
