In different time and phase, the investment to some field or area of Multinational Corporation may alter indefinitely, and this may produce the transfer ＆ withdrawal of the investment to the host country. The meaning, types, character and influence is analyzed in this paper and some active policy and countermeasure is brought forward on the base of analyzing the investment withdrawal events in china.
