摘要
基于普通颈椎椎弓根置钉术成功率低的现实问题,提出设计个体化与精确量化且操作简单的椎弓根螺钉置钉瞄准器,即根据颈椎个体化影像学数据,在术前应用CAD反求技术求得椎板的表面形状、椎弓根螺钉的进针点及植入角度,作为瞄准器的设计参数,重构其三维CAD信息模型,为快速原型制造系统(RPM)提供椎弓根螺钉置钉瞄准器的前端数据。介绍了CT图像的反求步骤、数据格式转换、图形矢量化技术在边缘强化过程中的应用。
In view of the realistic problem of low successful rate about general operations that setting nails on pedicel of cervical vertebra arch, this study puts forward designing a individual precise and convenient collimator. Based on the individual! medical imaging data of the cervical vertebra before operations, setting the superficial shape of vertebra board, the setting points and setting angles of nails as design parameter, reconstructing 3D CAD information model, in order to provide pre- data of the collimator for RPM. It also introduces the application of reverse approach, transition of data format and figure vector technique of CT image in process of edge intensifying.
