摘要
施工企业的技术管理是生产经营管理的重要组成部分,它的优劣体现施工企业的生命力和竞争能力的强弱。笔者以40余年的施工经历,介绍技术管理在施工中的职能和要点。
Technical management of a construction enterprise is an important part of production and operation management. The state of technical management represents the vitality and competitiveness of the construction enterprise. Based on the author＇s construction experience for more than 40 years ,the function and key points of technical management in construction practice is expounded in the paper.
