摘要
FMS是一个高自动化的复杂可修系统,为能有效地提高该类系统的生产效率和经济效益,对其进行维修性研究是十分必要的。本文首先介绍和FMS有关的四个可靠性模型,然后分别以经济损失最小和可用度最大为目标来研究FMS的年龄维修策略,以确定系统的最佳预防维修时间间隔。文章最后部分给出了一个应用实用和结果。
FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System ) is a high automatic and complex repairable system . In order to improve its productivity and economic benifit effectively , it is necessery to study its maintainability. First , four reliability models on FMS are introduced briefly . After that ,the FMS age maintenance policy based on the minimum of economic lost and maximum availability is studied separately , and the optimal preventive maintenance (PM) intervals of the four models are determind . Finally , the author shows an application example and its result.
