摘要
以野生植物沙米Agriophyllum squarrosum种子为材料,测定粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗纤维、淀粉、氨基酸和主要矿物质元素的含量。结果显示:沙米种子的蛋白质和粗纤维含量处于中等水平,脂肪含量明显高于其他粮食作物,人体必需氨基酸中苏氨酸、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸含量较大幅度的高于主要粮食作物和一些保健作物产品,5种矿物质元素中镁、钾、锌的含量较高。
Seeds of Agriophyllum squarrosum （a wild plant） were analysised to determine seed nutrients. The results showed that the content of the crude protein and crude fiber was medium, content of crude fat was much higher than grain crops. THR, MET, LYS and PHE among the main amino acids necessary for human were obviously higher than main grain crops and some health crops. The content of Mg,K and Zn was high of the 5 mineral elements.
