基于图像识别技术的电子沙盘在制造车间布局中的应用

摘要 针对单纯利用虚拟现实软件,进行车间布局建模和仿真优化所存在的缺陷,将沙盘思想引入车间布局模型反求领域,提出了一种平面车间布局模型反求方法。综合运用阈值分割、边缘识别和像素标记法等图像识别技术,通过图像得到每个模型的相关定位信息。最后通过实例证明了该方法的可行性和准确性。 This paper introduces the idea of model table to layout of manufacturing shop and proposes a method for modeling reverse in layout of manufacturing shop. By using threshold segmentation, edge recognition, pixel labeling and center of gravity method, the accurate sites of every model can be acquired from the image. Finally, the practical application shows the feasibility and veracity of this approach.
