当代农民工价值观的矛盾透析

The Analysis on the Contradiction Lying in The Value Concept of Peasent-identificationed Workers

目前,农民工内部已出现代际分化和更替,当代农民工在思想认同、价值观上矛盾性更突出,心理失衡感较大。分析当代农民工在价值目标、价值信念、价值认知上的矛盾和困惑,分析他们价值观矛盾形成的内外因,并在此基础上提出帮助实现农民工价值观正向转型的措施、对策,应该成为我们的职责。

Nowadays, there has appeared the division and replacement among peasant- idcntificationed workers. The workers have more obvious contradiction especially in terms of getting common ideas and value concept, and can not feel balance in psychology. We should study peasant - identificationed workers＇ contradiction and puzzles in value aim, value belief and value cognition;and analyze internal and external causes of the contradiction; furthermore we should put forward some measures and to help peasant- identificationed workers to transfer in their value concept.
