摘要
以茄子苏琦1号为材料,探讨了生物源脱落酸(ABA)提高茄苗抗旱性的作用。结果表明:ABA能有效减缓干旱胁迫条件下茄苗叶片相对含水量的下降,提高茄苗的抗旱性;在干旱胁迫过程中,经ABA处理的茄苗叶片中超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性的降低幅度和丙二醛(MDA)的积累明显低于对照,脯氨酸、抗坏血酸(AsA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和可溶性糖含量都明显高于对照。
The role of exogenous ABA in induction of drought resistance in eggplant seedlings(Suqi No. 1 ) was investigated. The results showed that ABA could effectively delay the decreasing of relative water content in the leaves of eggplant seedling during drought stress,as well as effectively enhanced the ability of eggplant seedling resistance to drought stress. In the meanwhile, ABA could effectively delay the decreasing of SOD activities and increasing of MDA content in the leaves of eggplant seedling during drought stress, the contents of proline, AsA, GSH, and soluble sugar were increased significantly in ABA-treated seedling leaves in comparison with those of control.
