以顺丁烯二酸酐、豆油酸、松香和季戊四醇合成醇酸树脂,再与颜填料配制成质量好、价格较低的醇酸树脂漆。介绍了树脂原材料的选择,基本配比和技术指标,生产工艺及应用实例,讨论了影响其性能指标的主要因素。
The title alkyd resin is prepared based on maleic anhydride,soybean oil fatty acid,rosin and pentaerythritol,which is further formulated with pigments and fillers to prepare the alkyd resin coatings,improving the quality and reducing the cost.This article has described the selection of raw materials,formulation,technical specification and production technology.The practical application examples are given.Main factors that affect the performance of the coatings are discussed.
