摘要
主要研究了聚烯烃热塑性弹性体(POE)交联及其补强后的力学性能,探讨了过氧化物用量对POE和白炭黑补强后POE力学性能的影响,同时考察了白炭黑用量对交联POE力学性能的影响。结果表明:交联后POE的强度和伸长率均下降,填充白炭黑后,相应的性能有所提高,但超过40份时效果又有所减弱;对于补强的POE,在过氧化物用量为4份时,性能较佳。
The mechanical properties of crosslinking and reinforcing of POE were studied. Some factors were discussed which could affect the properties of POE, such as the content of peroxide and the content of silica. The results were that the strength and elongation at break reduced, but if POE was filled with silica,the relevant properties enhanced. However, if silica exceeded 40 parts, the reinforcement effect weakened. For reinforced POE,the properties were better when peroxide content was 4 parts.
