摘要
本文在论述了弹性方法的统计涵义、特点、及其作用的基础上，对其在收入、供求价格、资金、劳动、能源、市场机制作用以及税收等方面的具体应用进行了探讨．
This paper is going to discness the concrete application of elastic statistical method in the fields of income,supply and demand,price, funds, labour, energy. sources, the effect of market mechanism. and the tax revence on the basis of discussing its implication characteristic and effect.
