摘要
目的研究泥胡菜的化学成分。方法泥胡菜全草体积分数为95%乙醇提取物的氯仿和乙酸乙酯部分进行色谱分离, 根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果分离得到9种已知成分,分别为金合欢素(1);β-谷甾醇(2);山柰素 (3);胡萝卜苷(4);金合欢素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5);水杨酸(6);山柰素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7);金合欢素-7-O-β-D-芦丁糖苷 (8);琥珀酸(9)。结论化合物3,5,6和9为首次从本属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the cheznical constituents of Hemistepta lyrata.METHODS The constituents of the CHCl3-soluble and EtOAc-soluble portions of the 95% ethanol extraction were isolated and purified by means of chromatography. Compounds were identified by their physical characteristics and spectral features. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as acacetin( 1 );β-sitos- terol(2) ; kaempferol (3) ; daueossterol(4) ; acacetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (5) ; salicylic acid(6) ; kaempferel-3-O-β-D-glucoside (7) ; acacetin-7-O-β-D-lutinoside (8) and succinic acid (9).CONCLUSION Compound 3,5,6 and 9 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
