灯盏花素亲水凝胶骨架缓释片的研究

Study on Breviscapin Hydrophilic Matrics Sustained Release Tablets

目的制备灯盏花素亲水凝胶骨架缓释片并对其进行质量考察。方法体外释药以灯盏花素为评价指标,采用紫外分光光度法进行测定,含量测定以灯盏花乙素为质控指标,采用HPLC进行测定。结果自制骨架缓释片的批内释放均一性、批间工艺重现性良好,但受高湿影响较大,应密闭保存。结论该缓释片制备工艺可行,重现性好,有明显的缓释特性。

OBJECTIVE To prepare breviscapin Hydrophilie Matrices sustained release tablet and investigate its quality control. METHODS The assay of in vitro release was valued by UV spectrophotometry with breviscapin as evaluating indicator. The content of breviscapin was determined by a HPLC method with scutellarin as quality control index, RESULTS The results of quality control on self-prepared SRT showed the homogeneity of one batch and the repeatability of three batches were good, but the tablet was effeeted by high humidity and should be sealed. CONCLUSION The preparation procedm＇e of self-prepared SRT is feasible and repeatable, The tablets have obviously sustained property.
