摘要
以北京市为例,针对工程设计、施工、监理、政府部门等环境管理环节,对施工现场环境管理特别是扬尘污染控制的法律依据、技术依据、管理模式进行了分析探讨。结果标明,我国施工现场扬尘控制工作已经起步,但存在不少薄弱环节,特别是技术、设备的质量控制以及污染水平的量化考核方面还需要得到进一步的加强。
Through the analysis of the current situation in Beijing, the execution of environmental supervision especially the dust emission control on the construction sites by design, construction, supervision and government was discussed in the view of legislation, standard, technology, and economy. The conclusion is this measure has a great importance and feasibility, but in need of furthersupport from legal and standard system.
