摘要
本文研究了用精制TiCl4、草酸和氨水合成钛酰草酸络合物及其热解制备微细TiO2的过程.重点考察了草酸用量、煅烧分解时间对络合物粒子和微细TiO2粒子形态的影响.研究结果表明,用钛酰草酸络合物作为前驱体在850℃下热两小时.可以制得分散性较好,粒子尺寸分布较均匀的金红石结构TiO2微细粒子;热解时间对TiO2粒子的形态有较大影响;草酸用量增加可导致络合物粒子的大量团聚,但对热解产物金红石结构的TiO2粒子的形态影响很小.
This paper studies the preparation of microfine TiO2 particles by the synthesis and decomposition of titanyl-oxalato compounds using refined TiCl4,H2C2O4 and aqueous ammonia as raw materials. The results show that well-dispersed,narrow size distribution and microfine TiO2 powder can be obtained by the decomposition of titany-oxalato compounds;the morphology of microfine TiO2 particles is controlled mainly by thermal decomposition time;the excessive oxalic acid used can result in the agglomeration of titanyl-oxalato compounds.but which has almost no effect on the morphology of microfine TiO2.
