摘要
在电厂大修中,广泛应用的网络计划技术有C PM和PER T两种,这里假定任何工序的工期都是确定的。但在实际中,由于受一些随机因素的影响,工序的工期很难具体确定,为此可引入随机变量,利用数理统计方法对网络进行分析。
In the power plant overhaul, the abroad applied network planning technology is CPM & PERT which assume the time of the work procedure is ascertained. In fact, affected by some uncertain factor, the time of the work procedure is not easy ascertaining. Through analyzing the feature of the overhaul of the power plant and on basis of the theory of statistics, works out the rule of ritical patH in the network figure.
