摘要
采用3种不同的热处理方法,对 H13钢力学性能的影响进行了研究.结果表明,3种不同处理方法的 H13钢的力学性能随最终热处理的奥氏体温度及回火温度的变化规律基本相同.但经预处理工艺的 K_(IC)值为普通热处理后的1.6~1.9倍.
The effects of heat treatments on mechanical properties of H13 steel have been studied,and three kinds of heat treatments have been used.The results show that,with varying austenite-temperatures and tempering temperatures,the variations of properties after the three kinds of heat treatments have nearly the same pattern.The value of K_(IC) of the steel by addtional preheat treating is 1.6 to 1.9 times as much as that by ordinary heat treating.
