合成金刚石用触媒合金的组织结构 被引量:3

摘要 研究了 Ni_(70)Mn_(25)Co_5触媒合金合成金刚石前后的组织结构.结果表明,合成金刚石前,触媒合金是冷加工纤维组织,单相奥氏体合金;合成金刚石后,触媒合金的组织为铸态,合金中存在奥氏体相、金刚石相、石墨相和碳化物 M_3C 相.合成后触媒片上下表面金刚石生长情况不同.表面生长的金刚石有薄膜;触媒片内部生长的金刚石分层,无薄膜. The microstructures of Ni_(70)Mn_(25)Co_5 catalyst alloy before and after the synthesis of diamond are investigated.The result of the experiment shows that before the synthesis microstructure of catalyst alloy is cold working fibriform and there is single-phase austenite in alloy,and that after the synthesis microstructure of catalyst alloy is casting and there are austenite phase,diamond phase,graphite phase and carbide M_3C phase in alloy.After the synthesis the condition of diamond growth on the upper and lower surfaces of catalyst piece is different.The diamonds growed on the surfaces are wrapped in a thin layer.The diamonds growed inside catalyst piece are divided into layers but not wrapped in a thin layer.
