Sertraline vs Imipramine in treatment of post-stroke depressive disorder

目的:比较舍曲林与丙米嗪治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效及不良反应。方法:121例病人随机分2组,舍曲林组61例,男35例,女26例;平均年龄(62.51±10.11)岁;给舍曲林50 mg,Po,qd,6 wk为一个疗程。丙米嗪组60例,男33例,女27例;平均年龄(63.61±11.43)岁;给丙米嗪75 mg,b id,po,6 wk为一个疗程。结果:舍曲林组有效率84%,丙米嗪组有效率82%,2组卡方检验(x2=0.079,P>0.05),差异无显著性。丙米嗪组不良反应较多。结论:舍曲林可用于治疗脑卒中后抑郁。

Objective：To compare the effects and adverse reactions Sertraline in treating patients with post -stroke depressive disorder. Methods：One hundred twenty -one patients with post - stroke depressive disorder were randomly divided into 2 groups; 61 patients were treated with Sertraline, 20mg, po, qd, for 6wk, And 60 patients were treated with imipramine, 75mg, po, bid, for 6wk. Results： The total clinical effect rates was 84% in Sertraline group and 82% for Imipramine group （ P 〉0.05 ）. The adverse reactions in imipramine group were higher than that in Sertraline group. Conclusions; Sertraline may be available in treatment of post - stroke depressive disorder.
