倒班工人心理健康状况调查

Investigation of the Mental Health states of the workers in shifts

目的:了解倒班工人的心理健康状况。方法:采用SCL-90对60例倒班工人进行调查,并与国内常模进行比较。结果:60例倒班工人存在不同程度的心理问题,常见的心理问题为躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等,中度及以上心理问题发生率为21.2%。结论:倒班工人心理健康水平明显低于一般人群,应引起企业管理者的高度关注,对其进行早期干预。

Objective：To evaluate the mental health states of the workers in shifts. Methods：sixty workers in shifts were investigated with the symptom check list （scl -90） and compared them to usual models. Results： The workers in shifts have psychological problems in some degree. The main psychological problems of the workers were physical reaction, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, and hostility. The incidence of the workers in shifts who had moderate or even more serious psychological problems were 21.2%. Conclusions： Mental health level of the workers in shifts were lower than Chinese normal, The entrepreneurs should pay attention to the problem and to intervence as earlier as possible.
