摘要
本文研究了一种小功率毫米波电扫天线的新技术。它用开关置于上、下两层双加脊波导组成的馈源中的四个二极管实现波束的快速电子扫描。文中讨论了研制技术难点与解决方法。实验所得各项指标均较满意。此技术也可方便地推广应用到其它微波频段。
A new technique of 8mm-band electrical scanning-tracking antennawith small power is discussed. It completes electrical scanned beam in high speed, by four PIN diods installed in two layers dual-ridge rectangular waveguides, The difficulfies of technique and the method of solving it are studied. Experimental results show that properties are safisfactory. This technique can also be used in other microwave bands.
