一例特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症肺组织的超微结构观察

Ultrastructural observation of pulmonary tissue of a case of idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis

本文报道了一例成人特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症(IPH)患者的肺组织超微病理改变。电镜下肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞及肺泡巨噬细胞明显增生,肺泡腔内查见许多肺泡巨噬细胞、红细胞及血浆蛋白样物质,肺泡巨噬细胞内含有数目不等的红细胞及其碎片。肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞内嗜锇板层小体基本排空。肺泡中隔间质胶原纤维增生。电镜观察有助于IPH的病理诊断。

The ultrastructural change of pulmonary tissue of idiopathic pulmonary hemusidersis in adults was observed by using transmission electron micmseopy Type Ⅱ alveolar epithelial cell and alveolar macrophage appeared hyperplastie .A number of alveola macrophages. erythrocytes and plasma proteins were found in the eavities of the alveolar.The osmiophilie lamellar bodies in hyperplastie type Ⅱ alreolar epithelial cells were almost evaeulated.The collagen fibres in alvenlar septum were also hyperplastie.It is suggested that electron mieroscopie ezamination is helpful in pathological diagnosis of idiopathie pulmonary hemosidersis.
