摘要
研究了使用新型铸铁焊条和日本产DFCC1型铸铁焊条焊接球墨铸铁所得的焊接接头,分析了它们的硬度、抗拉强度、冲击韧性,微现组织和断口形貌.结果表明,在不预热的电弧焊下,新型铸铁焊条能有效地减少或消除焊缝和熔合区的渗碳体,从而提高接头的抗裂性和切削加工性.焊态下,接头的抗拉强度σ_b=459MPa。
The new type of covered electrode of cast iron and ' DFCC1' electrode of cast iron made in Japan were used to weld the ductile cast iron. The hardness, tensile strength, impact ductility , microstructures and the fractured surface were investigated. The results show that without preheating an electric arc the new type of electrode can effectively decreases or even eliminates the cementite in the weld and partial melting region. Therefore, the crack resistance and machining property are improved in welded joints. As welded .the tensile strength of the weld joints σb = 459MPa and the charpy(NO - notch) impact number ak = 53J/cm2
