摘要
锅炉受热面可分为锅炉能级受热面和低能级受热面。过热器、再热器、水冷壁和省煤器是锅炉能级受热面,空气预热器、暖风器和低压省煤器是低能级受热面。研究了锅炉尾部受热面设计参数匹配原则。提出了空气预热器、低压省煤器和暖风器联合运用可充分利用烟气的余热,并能防止低温腐蚀。
Heat delivery surfaces of boilers may be graded into those of boiler energy level and those of low energy level. Superheaters, reheaters, water walls and economizers are heat delivery surfaces of boiler level, while air preheaters, steam air heaters and low pressure eeonomizers are low energy level heat delivery surfaces. After having studied the principles of matching the design parameters of heat delivery surfaces in a boiler' s heat recovery area with one another, a proposal is being presented that, by combined application of air preheaters, low pressure economizers and steam air heaters, the waste heat in the flue gas may be fully utilized with simultaneous prevention of low temperature corrosion.
