摘要
结合2 020 t/h锅炉汽包内部的结构,针对水位计运行中存在的偏差以及汽侧云母片污染等问题,系统地分析了造成低水位运行的原因和带来的危害,并提出了解决的办法。
Starting from the drum's internal structure of a 2 020 t/h boiler and in connection with problems like deviations of the water level gauge indications and foaling of mica lamella on the steam side, a systematic analysis concerning the cause low water level during operation and damages that may iocur are being presented, together with ways of solving the problems.
