摘要
介绍了电涡流传感器的工作原理,分析了激励信号的幅值、频率稳定程度对传感器输出漂移的影响。设计了一种应用于电厂空气预热器漏风间隙测量的电涡流传感器,该传感器在温度为340—360℃的工作环境中可以保持较好的线性,取得满意的效果。
The working principle of eddy current sensors is being described, the amplitude of the inciting signals and the influence of frequency's stability on the output signal's drifting are analyzed. An eddy current sensor has been designed for measuring air leakage gaps of air preheaters in power plants. The sensor is able to maintain relatively good linear behavior with satisfactory results within a temperature range of 340 - 360℃.
