摘要
RuO2是电化学工业和催化领域的重要材料之一,比较而言,Ru属有害相。论文以RuCl3和柠檬酸为前驱物,无水乙醇为溶剂制备了Ru和RuO2。采用DTA和XRD测试技术研究了产物的热过程和组织结构。产物中含有Ru的原因可能与溶液中源物质易满足发生歧化反应的条件以及随后烧结过程中残余有机物不完全燃烧使RuO2易发生氧化还原有关。
RuO_2 serves as a promising material in electrochemistry and heterogeneous catalysis.It has a more outstanding behavior than metallic Ru.Nano-scale RuO_2 and Ru was prepared using commercial RuCl_3 and citric acid as source materials.The phase evolution,phase structures and crystal sizes of the derived products were analyzed by DTA and XRD techniques.The mixture of RuO_2 and Ru was observed.The forming of Ru was attributed to the disproportionation reaction in solutions and the following redox reaction of RuO_2 in solid condition.Upon heating,RuO_2 can be easily reduced to metallic Ru if the reactive atmosphere possessed free carbon which came from the incomplete combustion of residual organic compound.
