36例小胃癌临床X线征象分析

The analysis of clinical X-ray sign on 36 cases small gastric cancer

目的：探讨数字设备诊断小胃癌及微小胃癌的临床价值。方法：应用多功能数字X线机及胃精细法钡气造影，全部病例由胃镜活检和／或外科手术后病理证实。结果：24例患者做出癌或可疑癌的诊断，11例报告为糜烂性胃炎、良性小溃疡，X线漏诊1例，病灶检出率99．7％。检出6～10mm病灶31例，3．5～5mm病灶4例，2．8mm病灶1例。结论：数字图像可清晰显示胃的微细结构，胃精细法造影对小胃癌及微小胃癌检出率高。“间歇检查法”对发现小而浅的病灶帮助很大，可提高本病的诊断率。

Objective： To study the clinical value of using digital equipments diagnose small and tiny gastric cancer. Methods： Using multi-function digital X-ray machine,all cases were undergone double contrast exam, and proved by pathology. Results： twenty-four cancer or suspicious cancer were diagnosed, 11 cases were reported as erosive gastritis or small benign ulcer, one case was misdiagnosis, the detection rate were 99.7%.The lesion diameter 6mm-10mm was 31 cases, 3.5mm-5mm was 4 cases, one case was 2.8mm. Conclusion. Digital images could display the tiny structure of gastric mucosa clearly. Barium with air radiography could detect most of small and tiny cancers. Intermittent method could help a lot to find small and shallow lesions, increased detection rate.
