摘要
分析了铸钢车轮件气孔、夹渣缺陷的形成原因,提出了相应的解决措施,并在生产中得到验证,使废品率显著下降。
The forming reasons of blowhole and cinder inclusion in cast steel wheel were analyzed, and the correspounding precaution measures were proposed which have been verified in producing practice. The reject rate has been reduced markedly.
