摘要
研究了在Al-4.5Cu、Al-4.0Cu-4.0Zn-0.8Mg合金凝固及均匀化后的冷却过程中,施加磁场对合金组织与热处理后性能的影响,结果表明,磁场能抑制θ相自α相固溶体的析出,从而减少θ相的数量,增大α相的固溶度, 并改变θ相的形态与分布。淬火时施加磁场,使合金时效后的强度和塑性有所提高。
The influence of applying magnetic field during solidification and various heat treatment(homogenizing, quenching) on both structural changes and post-heat-treated properties of Al-4.5Cu,Al-4.0Cu-4.0Zn-0.8Mg alloy was studied.The results show that magetic field inhibits the precipitation of θ-phase from α-solid solution,so that it reduces the content of θ-phase,increases the concentration of α-phase ,and also changes the morphology and distribution of θ-phase. Quenching in magnetic field can increase the strength and the elongation of the alloy after ageing.
