摘要
目的:探讨脱细胞牛心包膜(ABP)作为组织工程化表皮支架材料的可行性。方法:体外分离培养SD大鼠皮肤KC,将KC以1×106个/cm2接种于ABP上,用光镜、扫描电镜观察细胞在ABP上的粘附、增殖情况。结果:KC在ABP上种植5 d后,光镜观察可见KC在ABP上单层生长。扫描电镜观察见KC粘附于ABP表面,呈大小不等的集落。结论:ABP可作为组织工程化表皮的支架材料。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of acellular bovine pericardium as scaffold in tissue -engineered epiderm. Methods: The primary SD milk rat keratinocytes were cultured in vitro. The acellular bovine pericardium was seetied with the second passage keratinocytes. Saffold was analysed by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Restilts: Five days after seeding, keratinocytes formed monolayer and covered acellular bovine pericardium under light microscopy. Under scanning electron microscopy, keratinocytes formed colonies of inequal size. Conclusion: The acellular bovine pericardium may be a good scaffold for tissue -engineered epiderm.
