摘要
测定了氘化对Zr3V3ODx物相的影响,发现Zr3V3ODx氘化物只有x≥2.0才能稳定存在,由于氘在晶格中的占位不同,随氘含量增加分别出现两种η-碳化物相的氘化物——β相和γ相。对Zr3V3ODx氘化物的热解析行为研究表明:Zr3V3ODx氘化物的稳定性随氘含量的增加而降低,β相和γ相表现出不同的解析行为,其变化规律与Zr3V3ODx氘化物中的氘占位原则相一致。
The phase structures of Zr3V3ODx deuteride were determined. We find that the deuteride at room temperature is stable only at x = 2.0. With the increase of deuterium content, two kinds of η-carbides type deuterides, β phase and γ phase, occur because the deuterium site occupation in the η-carbides Zr3V3ODx is different. The thermal desorption behavior of Zr3V3ODx was studied. Results reveal that the stability of Zr3V3ODx decreases when the deuterium content increases, and the rule of the thermal desorption behavior is consistent with the principle of the deuterium site occupation in the η-carbides Zr3V3ODx.
