医学真菌学研究的现状与展望 被引量：2

摘要 医学真菌学是研究病原真菌和机会致病真菌对人类致病的机制、临床诊断、治疗和预防的一门重要学科。由于广谱抗生素、免疫抑制剂的广泛使用．导管插管、腹膜透析、放射治疗等大量开展．尤其是人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者的不断增多，真菌病尤其是深部真菌感染病例数日益增多，真菌病已成为影响人类生活质量、威胁生命健康的重要疾病之一。
