摘要
用固相法和液相法,将尿素在高温裂解均制得了氰尿酸.本文在讨论液相法合成氰尿酸时报道了尿素在几种不同溶剂─—己二腈,十二烷基苯,硅油DC-705,硅油210-50中裂解的实验结果.提出硅油210-50是一种较理想的,新型的廉价溶剂,它完全可以代替文献已报道的各种溶剂.将尿素加NH4Cl,在硅油210-50中裂解,收率为93%,纯度达99%.
yanuric acid is prepared by pyrolysis of urea in solid phase or liquid phase. Experimental results of pyrolyzing urea with several solvents(adipic dinitrile, dodecyl benzene, silicone oil-705, silicone oil-210-50) in liquid phase are reported and discussed. A new ideal and cheap solvent, silicone oil-210-50 is set up firstly, which can substitute fully those sovents reported by literatures. When urea is pyrolyzed added NH4Cl in silicone oil-210-50, yield of cyanuric acid is 93% and the purity is 99%.
