摘要
在铜-环氧导电涂料的制备中,应用了一种新型偶联剂A和特种固化剂B。研究发现:当偶联剂用量为铜粉质量的2%~3%和固化剂用量范围在20%~40%时,对试样进行微观机理分析的结果表明固化剂B的作用不限于交联固化,与偶联剂A之间存在协同效应,当与偶联剂相互配合用量合适时,才能制备出低电阻、导电稳定、涂膜性能好的涂料。
A new coupling agent and a new binding agent were used in developing copper-epoxy resin conductive paint. The results showed that the conductive properties was the best as the coupling agent, binding agent was 2 %--3 %, 20 %--40 %, respectively. And the effect of the binding agent was not only binding but also some cooperation with copper powder.
