摘要 制备了Keggin结构型硅钨酸镧(LaHSiW12O40)复合催化剂,用FT-IR分析方法对催化剂进行了结构表征。以该催化剂催化合成丙酸丁酯为探针反应,考察了反应物配比、催化剂用量、反应时间及催化剂的重复使用性能对催化活性的影响,研究发现,该催化剂对催化丙酸丁酯的合成具有较高的催化活性,同时该催化剂具有制备简单,可重复使用性能良好等优点。在较佳条件下,丙酸丁酯酯化率可达80.0%以上。 A new environmental Keggin catalyst, LaHPSiW12O40, was prepared and characterized by FT-IR. Estcfification of n-butyl alcohol with propionic acid catalyzed by the catalyst was chosen as probe reaction, effects of n-butyl alcohol/propionic acid tool ratio, catalyst amount, reaction time and catalyst reusability on catalytic activity were investigated. Experiment showed that the catalyst had high catalytic activity for synthesis of n-butyl propionate, its synthesis was convenient and had good reusability. Under optimized conditions, yield of n-butyl propionate can be over 80.0%.
