An object-oriented engineering database management system which is implemented on the top of RDBMS ORACLE is introduced. The system supports class hierarchy and inheritance between them. It also has the abilites to manage complex objects, versions of a product and long transaction processing. Its object-oriented engineering data model, its architecture, and implementation of its chief models are described.
