Survivin、PCNA在尖锐湿疣中的表达及其相互关系

The Expression Survivin and PCNA in Condyloma Acuminatum and the Correlation between them.

目的探讨凋亡抑制基因生存素(Survivin)和增殖相关基因增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中的表达情况及其相互关系。方法SP免疫组化法检测Survivin及PCNA蛋白在48例CA组织、13例正常皮肤组织中的表达情况。结果Survivin和PCNA在CA、正常皮肤组织中的阳性率分别为52.08%(25/48)和89.58%(43/48),7.69%(1/13)和46.15%(6/13)。CA组中Survivin和PCNA表达的阳性率与正常对照组比较差异均有显著性,且CA中两者的阳性率呈明显的正相关(P<0.05)。结论Survivin和PCNA与CA的发生发展密切相关,且两者在CA中的表达具有一定的协同性。

Objective to investigate the expression of Survivin and Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen （PCNA） in Condyloma Acuminatum（CA） and the Correlation between them. Methods The expression of Survivin and PCNA was measured by immunohistochemical technique in 48 cases of CA and 13 specimens of normal skin. Result The positive expression percentage of Survivin and PCNA in CA and normal skin epidermis were 52.08% （ 25/48 ） and 89.58% （43/48）, 7.69% （ 1/13 ） and 46.15% （ 6/13 ） respectively. The expression of Survivin and PCNA in CA were significantly higher than that in normal skin. The expression of Survivin was positively correlated with the high expression of PCNA in CA. Conclusions Survivin and PCNA might play important roles in the development of CA, and their expression in CA are synergetic.
