摘要
装甲车辆远程故障诊断系统由现场监测诊断、网络传输通道、远程诊断服务中心构成。系统采用B/S结构,应用ASP+QLServer2000及Html,JavaScript等建立远程故障诊断网站。先进行现场设备数据采集和状态监测,并故障诊断,然后请求进入诊断服务中心并传至诊断服务器。服务器调用智能系统,并请求数据库服务器和虚拟诊断平台提供支持,对现场状态进行监控和诊断决策。关键技术涉及远程协作网架构、数据库安全保密等。
The remote fault diagnosis system of military armored vehicle consists of actual monitor diagnosis, network transmission channels, and remote fault diagnosis center. The B/S structure was adopted by system; the ASP+QLServer2000, Html, and JavaScript were used to establish the remote fault diagnosis website. At first, the actual equipment data collection, state monitoring and fault diagnosis were carried out; then, the request was entered the remote fault diagnosis service center and transferred to diagnosis server. The intelligence system was called by server; and the support from database server and virtual diagnosis platform was requested. At last, the actual state monitor and diagnosis were carried out. The key technique includes remote cooperation frame, database security coding and so on.
