摘要
应用组件式GIS构建的装备保障辅助决策系统。其服务器端采用WindowsNT,客户端采用Windows2000,关系型数据库采用Oracle9i,开发语言选用VB6.0。系统包括装备保障态势显示、装备状态实时查询与统计、物资消耗需求与预测、人员与物资的调配方案辅助规划等。其运输路径的最优规划,将多目标转化为单目标决策,并采用基于一致耗费的启发式搜索算法。
The aided decision-making system for Equipment support was based on groupware GIS. Windows NT was used in its server, Windows 2000 was used as its client, the Oracle 9i was adopted by the relationship database, and the VB 6.0 was used as developed language. The system includes equipment support situation awareness, real-time statistics of equipment technical state, analysis on materials consumed and required, support scheme aided planning of people and material. Multi-objective decision-making was changed into single-objective decision-making, for resolving optimum transport route planning. The enlightenment search algorithm based on equal consumption was also used.
