野山楂根含药血清对弱精子症患者精子运动参数影响的体外研究

The influence of medicated serum with root of Crataegus cuneata on human sperm motility parameters in vitro

目的:研究野山楂根含药血清体外对弱精子症患者精子运动能力的影响。方法:将16例弱精子症患者精子与野山楂根含药血清共同孵育,在5,15,30,60,120 min采用计算机辅助精子分析系统(CASA)检测精子活动率和精子运动参数。结果:含药血清在5,15 min即能显著提高弱精子症患者精子前向运动百分率(P<0.05),在60 min和120 min时使精子活动率和前向运动百分率有极显著的增加(P<0.01),其刺激作用呈现出一定的时效关系。结论:野山楂根在体外能改善弱精子症患者精子运动功能,可能对弱精子症有一定的治疗功效。

Objective： To study the influence of mot of medicated serum with the root of Crataegus cuneata on human sperm motility in vitro. Methyl： Sperm specimens of 16 asthenospermia patients were co-incubated with the medicated serum in vitro. The sperm motility characteristics were evaluated by computer-assisted semen analysis （CASA） at 5, 15, 30, 60 win and 120 rain. Result： Compared with the control pup, the medicated serum significantly increased the sperm progressive motility in 5 and 15 win （ P 〈 0.05）, and the motility and progressive motility were both increased significantly in 60 and 120 win （ P 〈 0.01）. The excitatory effect of the medicated serum on the sperm motility exhibited in a time-dependent manner. Conclusion： Root of C. cuneata medicated serum can improve sperm motility of asthenospermia patients in vitro.
